What is moonlodge? Moonlodge is a time and place for women to gather together and express themselves in a circle of sisterly support. It is a space between time to stop and examine ourselves, remember the songs of the ancients, heed the whisperings of our grandmothers and support each other in our journey to whole/holiness.

The way moonlodges are expressed and conducted are as different as each woman herself. The moonlodges at Weed Dance Farm are laid back, low key, with a lot of fun and chatter. Expect to pass the talking stick, laugh, joke, express yourself, cry if needed, and just generally relate.......there may be singing, some drum playing or other instrument playing (please bring instruments if you play!), some sharing of "wild" (plant or wildlife info), storytelling, and we will always gather in the woods weather permitting. Some delicious, fabulous, chocolate dessert will be offered, and it is traditional to wear a piece of red clothing and/or decorate and adorn yourself with your own sense of beauty. Don't be shy, just show up!

Freewill donations will be taken at moonlodge and will go towards building a small lodge in the woods where future moonlodge and woman retreats can be held.
