Traditional Soap Making October 19, 1 - 4 pm Do you want to create handcrafted soaps for yourself or your family? Here we will start with a beginner proof simple soap recipe and walk you through the steps of creating your own cold process method soaps. We will also explore hand milling, goats milk based soaps and the use of herbs and plants in soaps to nourish and protect the skin. We will cover traditional fat and vegetable based soaps and you will leave with your own soap to cure and use at home. Participants will be asked to provide their own goggles, gloves and soap mold.
