Fabulous Fermentation!

Learn about the traditional ways of preserving food including the art of vegetable fermentation, kefir, yogurt, basic cheese making, pickling, miso making, sourdough bread, kombucha and simple herbal ales. This is a class dedicated to the simple skills of traditional foodways. We will delve into each topic as time allows and spend more time on which topics appeal most to those present in class.  Be prepared to sample!
