World Movement with Kama Tai
Offering: African Diaspora Dance and Rhythms, Yoga, Reflexology

Learning the movements, modalities, feelings, rhythms, and history of other lands and countries gives way to inspiration and mind opening experiences. When inspired, humans by nature make healthier personal choices. People who make healthier choices help create a healthier home and then community. Healthier communities prosper. World Movement will help individuals listen to their bodies. Listening to your body, and then responding with positive adjustment will make it flexible, full of energy, and strong. A body that is flexible, energetic and strong, will be in a state of homeostasis. Balanced bodies lead to balanced minds. Balanced minds create, loving-kindness, peace, spiritual worlds, and all things phenomenal.
